This talk does not involve Hida families, but will present the basic type of question that we want to look at in this course. Construction of the $p$-adic $L$-function attached to a $p$-allowable stabilized eigenforms I.\S13 (announce the theorem of Vishik, Amice-V\'elu I.\S11). Present the functional equation II.\S17. Formulate the p-adic BSD conjecture II.\S10. Formulate the exceptional zero conjecture II.\S13. Reference[MTT86]
